REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our products and the time and craftsmanship involved in creating each Crown, please review all product details, measurements, and selections carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM CROWNS

All custom Crown orders are final sale. Custom Crowns are created according to the customer’s selected specifications and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once production has begun, a custom order cannot be canceled or changed unless approved by The Diva Crown.

READY-TO-WEAR CROWNS

All ready-to-wear Crown sales are final for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. Ready-to-wear Crowns are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Hair extensions are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available.

To request an exchange, contact The Diva Crown within five calendar days of confirmed delivery. The hair must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, uncombed, uncut, uncolored, chemically unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all ties, seals, and labels intact.

All exchanges require prior approval. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the replacement product is priced higher, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

CROWN MAINTENANCE AND COLOR SERVICES

Crown maintenance, color refreshes, corrective color, and other services are final sale once work has begun. Additional services will not be performed without the customer’s approval when an additional charge is required.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you believe you received the wrong item or an item with a defect, contact The Diva Crown within three calendar days of confirmed delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

The item must remain unused and unaltered while the concern is reviewed. After inspection, The Diva Crown will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Do not return any product without contacting The Diva Crown and receiving return instructions. The return address will be provided after the request has been reviewed and approved.

DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS

Any exception made by The Diva Crown is determined individually at our sole discretion and does not modify or waive this policy for future purchases.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required under applicable law.
