Ready-to-wear Crowns are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Each custom Crown is carefully created to your selected specifications. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. This timeframe begins after your payment and all required order details have been received.
Please allow approximately 4–7 business days in the studio after your Crown has been received and inspected. Additional time may be required for extensive or corrective services. You will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Shipping transit times are separate from our processing and production times.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. The Diva Crown is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected circumstances may cause delays.
If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first and notify The Diva Crown as soon as possible so we can assist with the next appropriate steps.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
