Refresh and restore the existing color of your Diva Crown.
This service includes:
• Refreshing your Crown’s current color
• Shampoo and conditioning treatment
• Styling
• Return shipping to you
This service is for a straightforward color refresh only. It does not include changing the Crown to a different color, lightening, bleaching, color correction, or repairing uneven or damaged color. Services requiring additional color work must be approved and quoted separately before work begins.
Due to normal fading and the condition of the hair, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed. We will restore the color as closely as possible while protecting the integrity of your Crown.
The client is responsible for shipping the Crown to The Diva Crown. Return shipping is included in the service price.
Please send only clean, wearable units that were originally purchased from The Diva Crown. Once your order is placed, shipping instructions will be provided.
All maintenance-service purchases are final.
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges only with tag attached, if there is a default of The Diva Crown. All units are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Diva Crown is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.
Our Ready to Ship wig units they will be sent out within 1-2 business day.
Regarding Custom Orders Custom orders will take 4 to 6 weeks to make and 1 day to ship. Custom Orders are sometimes ready sooner.
P.U.R.E. Extensions (Bundles & Closures) Please allow 5-12 business days for collection of donor hair and processing time. Allow 1- 2 days to ship. Please inquire with us if possible, of what lengths we already have in stock. Those will ship out the next business day.
Regarding Colored Custom Orders We strive our best to provide the perfect match for your Colored Custom wig Unit if requested. We do not guarantee a perfect colored match.
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing.
Processing time is the time it takes for TDC to prepare your order. Shipping Time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However keep in mind that processing tends to fluctuate based on season .
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details via your email . Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.
