Our Crown Maintenance Service is designed to cleanse, condition, and restore your Crown’s softness, movement, and polished finish.
This service includes:
• Crown inspection
• Gentle shampoo and lace cleaning
• Deep-conditioning treatment
• Blow-drying
• Professional styling
• Return shipping to you
The client is responsible for shipping the Crown to The Diva Crown. Return shipping is included in the service price.
This service does not include color work, cutting, lace replacement, repairs, reconstruction, or treatment of excessive matting. If your Crown requires additional work, you will be contacted for approval and a separate quote before service begins.
This maintenance service is available only for wigs originally purchased from The Diva Crown.
All maintenance-service purchases are final.
Ready-to-Ship Crowns
Ready-to-Ship Crowns are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.
Custom Crowns
Custom Crowns are handcrafted to your selected specifications. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch. Exact custom-color matches cannot be guaranteed, although we strive to achieve your selected color direction.
P.U.R.E. Extensions (Bundles & Closures)
Please allow 5–12 business days for sourcing and processing, followed by approximately 1–2 business days for dispatch preparation. If your selected hair is already in stock, your order may ship sooner.
Processing & Shipping
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before dispatch. Shipping transit time begins after your order has been shipped and varies by destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. Processing times may vary during busy periods.
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
