*All RAW custom glueless wig units come "as is" in its natural state. This wig unit is created with our P.U.R.E. Raw hair extensions. The Raw Diva is our Natural Straight Vietnamese Unit. The hair can bleach evenly up to a level 10. This unit is unprocessed not steamed, which is our purest signature wig unit. The RAW Diva comes in standard of 26 inches. This wig unit also comes fully customized. "Pure RAW".

Regarding Custom Orders Custom orders will take 4 to 6 weeks to make and 1 day to ship. Custom Orders are sometimes ready sooner.
P.U.R.E. Extensions (Bundles & Closures) Please allow 5-12 business days for collection of donor hair and processing time. Allow 1- 2 days to ship. Please inquire with us if possible, of what lengths we already have in stock. Those will ship out the next business day.
Regarding Colored Custom Orders We strive our best to provide the perfect match for your Colored Custom wig Unit if requested. We do not guarantee a perfect colored match.
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing.
Processing time is the time it takes for TDC to prepare your order. Shipping Time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However keep in mind that processing tends to fluctuate based on season .
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details via your email . Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.
