All Vivid Custom Color Crown orders are final sale and non-refundable. Because each Crown is customized to your selected color direction and specifications, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Please review your selections and measurements carefully before placing your order. The Diva Crown is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Color results may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to starting hair tone, lighting, and the custom coloring process. Requests outside the listed color options or placement must be reviewed and approved before ordering.

Our Ready to Ship wig units they will be sent out within 1-2 business day.

Regarding Custom Orders  Custom orders will take 4 to 6 weeks to make and 1 day to ship. Custom Orders are sometimes ready sooner.

P.U.R.E. Extensions (Bundles & Closures)  Please allow 5-12 business days for collection of donor hair and processing time. Allow 1- 2 days to ship. Please inquire with us if possible, of what lengths we already have in stock. Those will ship out the next business day.

Regarding Colored Custom Orders We strive our best to provide the perfect match for your Colored Custom wig Unit if requested. We do not guarantee a perfect colored match. 

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing.

Processing time is the time it takes for TDC to prepare your order. Shipping Time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.

Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However keep in mind that processing tends to fluctuate based on season .

Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details via your email . Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.
